Anthony was very courteous but mislead me about the spare key, and owners manual that I specifically asked about in text, and he responded yes to both questions.(12-22-25) But the spare key is for a differen key, and owners manual that I specifically asked about in text, and he responded yes to both questions.(12-22-25) But the spare key is for a different car, i3 model, NOT the i8 that I bought! I had the local dealership look up the keys vin# which confirms is for a different car. Also, no manual in the car and in text, he said it was in the car! (12-30-25)I got a response from there team, the first time I complained to Anthony, but when I responded to That response and sending a screen shot of the text where Anthony acknowledged the Owners Manual and spare key, but no response to that email as of (1-10-26) Otherwise, the car is actually in good condition per our dealership, but left a bad taste in my mouth, regarding lying about the manual and key!, More

Jovan was great to work with , However the Tesla was delivered not as described , It had been wrecked , and was scraped up, and rubber molding was rotted, The tires we’re worn to a frazzle with a chun delivered not as described , It had been wrecked , and was scraped up, and rubber molding was rotted, The tires we’re worn to a frazzle with a chunk out of one and another was sliced, Jovan presented a 2/3 video of the car excluding passenger rear damage , The delivery Guy said the car only has a 10% charge , The delivery Guy compared his pics of Al the damages to the pictures I took. . I rejected delivery and have been charged $500 deposit and $899 shipping x 2 , for a total of $2298. I have been e-mailed a Return agreement with all the charges and release fro Ultimate motors, I have not agreed and am waiting to hear from my Lawyer. I am very disappointed I was looking forward to receiving the beautiful Tesla After comparing the add pics and the delivered car it’s obvious , this was.
