Above Excellent! This is the second vehicle we purchased from Infiniti Bonita Springs. My background is in management and finance. I know how to shop for a deal and I know what to look for when given answers to my questions. I am pleased with how attentive the sales people are without being pushy. They really do try to go the extra mile with pricing and especially with service. The General Manager, Joseph is also easy to work with. I can see the kind of respect and camaraderie the staff has with him. Which makes perfect sense as to why my experiences here has always been great. I can finally trust buying a car without being stressed. They are good group of people where I feel secure doing business with them. More

I was treated like a king in NJ & have enjoyed the same in Fl. even though I new nobody. Bonita Springs Infiniti treats me like family. Since I rated 3 of the people that I deal with below, I want to say that James Miller, the lead technician is also outstanding as is the managing partner Joe Parisi. More

a really good car-buying experience! (pretty rare, right?) Our last two vehicles were Lexus & Acura...this is our first Infiniti. Had just stopped in to look. Can truly say that this rather spontaneous purchase was made only because of our salesperson, Antoine Kirnon. His style is very "consultative" and not high pressure-- he helped us to BUY the car, rather than SELL it to us! Bob Fredeen, Business Manager with many years of luxury auto experience, handled all purchase paperwork in simple, quick, clean, 1-2-3 fashion. Made first service appointment with Brittany Blanchet, fresh out of university and full of personality, energy and enthusiasm. If "people" make a dealership what it is, think we'll be very happy here! More

The service writer Brian is always courteous & helpful the head mechanic James is the most knowledgeable and helpful mechanic that i have ever come across. The managing partner, Joe has a completely open door policy & his knowledge, courteousness & professionalism filters down to each & every employee. My last Infiniti dealership was in NJ & owned by a good friend, so needless to say I was treated very well. My experience at Bonita Springs Infiniti was exactly the same. I have owned over 60 cars in my lifetime & have never come across a dealership that is so friendly & makes you feel like its your home away from home. More
