Many things that they brag about and offer are LIMITED for free. Then they cost you. The App will cost a whopping $15 a month! OMG. When I got my free tinting which looked much better in the pictures, I was offered a COURTESY CAR. NOBODY told me to fill the tank when I returned. They charged me $60 for 7 gallons of gas. Please do your homework! The Camry for the cost does not have as many bells and whistles as the honda accord. Really look over the car as the descriptions are misleading with sensors and mirror folding. My car insurance also went up. Probably would have kept my honda. The car is beautiful and sexy but I am afraid of what else will pop up cost wise that will disappoint. More

Antoinette is the best salesperson I have ever met. She was honest, very informative, and made me feel so comfortable. I’m telling everyone I know about her! I’ve gone up there since I bought the car and she treats me like a friend! You’re lucky to have her. When I’m ready for another car I will be going to her. Lavetta at the front desk was also exceptional. Found out exactly who I needed to speak to about the issues I had. Such a wonderful lady! She also made the buying experience one of the best I’ve had. My only complaint is that Juan was disappointing. He wouldn’t let me talk, ask questions, or explain the information to my mother until I asked him to stop talking. We didn’t receive copies of anything. We had to get ahold of him, ask for them, then go up there and get them. He also gave us a 30 tag and said he would contact us when the real tag came in. The 30 tag expired on Wednesday so we went up there that day to inquire about the tags. We were told, by the wonderful Lavetta, that we were doing a tag transfer. This is not true. If it was why would we receive a 30 day tag and why would we wait 30 days. He never contacted us either way. My only issue with the actual dealership is that I was told that they would not tint my windows, that it was only for new Toyotas. I had to show them their website that states “ Free tint with any Toyota “. Lavetta once again helped me and showed the ad to the manager, he finally approved it. Because of Antoinette and Lavetta my experience was great! I haven’t let the other issues cloud my experience. More
