We originally leased a 2024 Kia Telluride from Jenkins about 2.5 years ago, the process was quick and painless. We were looking for a vehicle for several months and settled on the 2026 KIA Sportage Hybrid. Jenkins of Gainesville was easy and excellent to work with. I have purchased two KIAs from this dealership and will never do so again I will also encourage anyone I know not to purchase from this dealership or visit the service department. I have been treated not never do so again I will also encourage anyone I know not to purchase from this dealership or visit the service department. I have been treated not once but three times with disrespect this facility and will no longer tolerate being treated in this manner will also report this dealership to the manufacturer as a poorly ran dealership. We just leased a new Kia with Jenkins of Gainesville and are very pleased with their service. We had a couple of hiccups along the way but the Jenkins team headed by GM, Antonio Carranza pulled together and are very pleased with their service. We had a couple of hiccups along the way but the Jenkins team headed by GM, Antonio Carranza pulled together and came out shining. They were able to provide all docs online, as we were in Massachusetts at the time. We wanted to be able to take care of everything and then pick up the car as part of a road trip, on a certain date. On that date they had the car spotless, sitting in a showroom all by itself (somewhat coincidence as that is a new showroom and not in use just yet), and with the windows tinted too. They quickly pulled the car outside and off we went; 15 minutes or less. An excellent experience from our perspective. More

Between Antonio Carranza and Johnny Mathis (sales management) and Alex Parks (sales dept), we left happy and are excited to get our new Kia Soul next week. Extremely professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. This will be our third Kia Soul and the personable no-pressure approach is one of the top reasons we keep coming back. More
