Tony and Dewey were super pleasant to work with. This is my second experience with a Chevy dealership and honestly, unlike the last one, this dealership was super hospitable, friendly, and patient. This is my second experience with a Chevy dealership and honestly, unlike the last one, this dealership was super hospitable, friendly, and patient. I didn't feel like I was being rushed at all, and I didn't feel pressured into any additional purchases. Both Tony and Dewey thoroughly explained everything. Jen was also pleasant to work with as well. The building itself gives off a more friendly and personal feeling than some dealerships;you dont feel like your soul is being sucked out while you sit and wait for paperwork. I was really stressed out thinking about having to go to a dealership again after my last experience, but luckily, my experience at Colonial South Chevy was very pleasant and has restored my faith in buying from the big dealerships. I'm hoping this truck will last me many, many years, and if all goes well and I still live in the area, I will absolutely consider buying from this dealership again.
