The guys there are so knowledgeable and up to date with Nissan products. The best part about them is the communication, willingness to help and ability to find and solve the route problem. My car had a che Nissan products. The best part about them is the communication, willingness to help and ability to find and solve the route problem. My car had a check engine that won’t go away. I brought it in they checked it out and it went away. Few days later, it was on again. I called and spoke to Rich R. He got me in and they change the fuel injections, spark plugs and so on. After a few months of on/off engine lights. We are officially off since Rich and the crew suggested that needed to be done to make sure the problem wouldn’t persist. Going above and beyond to ensure the services was provided and left satisfied. I love doing business with this Nissan. Professionalism and caring for the customers is essential for retention. They got. O would most definitely recommend this Nissan because of the services provided. I want to take the time and say thank you Rich and Nucar of Norwood. My car runs smoother than a babies bum. More
