Initial visit was great with Joe F. He spent a lot of time discussing my options. Made an appointment two weeks later to complete the CPO (?) as I was buying out my car from a lease. He arranged for me t time discussing my options. Made an appointment two weeks later to complete the CPO (?) as I was buying out my car from a lease. He arranged for me to come at 9am to drop off my car and get a loaner. I did not receive a confirmation call from the service department for a loaner by end of business on Saturday (2 days before the appointment). I called the service department 7:30 AM on the day of my appointment and they confirmed the loaner, but for 11 AM. That was not the time Joe and I have decided on. The Service representative was helpful and was able to give me 9:15 AM. I was disappointed that it took an hour to pick up the loaner car. Everyone was busy and there seemed to be a lot of confusion with the process of buying out my car from a lease. I liked the text communication system - wonderful option! More

Went in for an oil change and to replace my battery. It was the original battery from 2008 in a Audi A4 Quattro. When I got home I couldn't lock my door. I returned to dealer and they fixed it and for my t was the original battery from 2008 in a Audi A4 Quattro. When I got home I couldn't lock my door. I returned to dealer and they fixed it and for my troubles gave me oil changes for next year free. Great dealership. Will service my car here for a long time. Thank you, Bruce Bressler More

Service was organized from the moment I drove into the lot. I was greeted, informed of service, texted when work was complete, a video of my service done was sent to me, car was deep cleaned before I ente lot.
