We had looked at everything from Tacomas and Tundras to Sequoias and Land Cruisers. More importantly, he took the time to understand our family’s needs and helped us weigh the pros and cons of each option. Rather than trying to sell us the most expensive vehicle, he focused on helping us make the right decision. That level of honesty and product knowledge is rare. The finance process with Ethamar was equally impressive. Everything was explained clearly, the numbers were straightforward, and there were no surprises. The process was efficient, professional, and respectful of our time. We never felt like we were being shuffled from office to office or pressured into products we didn’t need. The delivery team was fantastic as well. They took the time to walk us through all of the technology, features, settings, and vehicle functions. What stood out most was the culture of the dealership.
