When I get to the Dealership I am greeted by a polite person who requests the reason I am there. Once I am signed in I go directly to the counter to talk to my service representative, Jeremy Bogle who im person who requests the reason I am there. Once I am signed in I go directly to the counter to talk to my service representative, Jeremy Bogle who immediately takes my keys and initiates the service work. When done he brings me the invoice to pay and I am off to get my car. Always get a video explaining what was done and the reasons for the repair. Perfect!! More

One of my pet peeves with the normal car buying process is the amount of time wasted. This was not the case with Danny. My purchase didn’t take much longer than an hour. Danny kept the process moving, yet didn’t make me feel rushed. I appreciated Danny’s efforts and efficiency and would highly recommend him to anyone interested in seeing or purchasing a BMW.
