When I get to the Dealership I am greeted by a polite person who requests the reason I am there. Once I am signed in I go directly to the counter to talk to my service representative, Jeremy Bogle who im person who requests the reason I am there. When done he brings me the invoice to pay and I am off to get my car. Always get a video explaining what was done and the reasons for the repair. Perfect!! More
