The 60K service check-up on my Rogue was done in 2 hours which is very good. They have a clean and pleasant waiting area with free beverages, wifi, TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. Usually service is great. This time however, my truck sat in the check in room for 15 min after I checked it in. Then I was told the 75,000 service is usually an hour and 15 min. It was double that, then when they returned my truck they said one of my air pressure sensors was broken so they couldn’t get a read on that tire and further did not do the tire rotation that comes at this service interval, but I was charged for the rotation. Why didn’t they ask if I wanted the sensor replaced? I know I will have to eventually, and I would have said to do it so my tires could also be rotated. Needed repairs should be asked to the vehicle owner More

April was great! I went in with an undetermined issue that I thought had to do with the computer. Could have cost a lot more to run a diagnostic, but they identified something quick and resolved it for much less than antic to do with the computer.
