It took all day to do a state inspection and oil change. They did a multi point inspection to diagnose a noise I believed that was coming from the front end. For service the service provided it shouldn’t have taken all day. I was there at 8am and the car wasn’t ready until 5pm. Lastly the the service that was performed was the state inspection which I think is ridiculous if the car failed when were the suppose to fix the problem. Why wouldn’t you inspect the vehicle when I first got there finally I report that the alarm system was not providing any audio cue when armed or disarmed. The car was returned to me with the problem not corrected. More
