Bought my Ridgeline here a year ago. As a 24 model it gets 2 years free regular service. While it appears you can schedule service, you are not allowed. In this case took 2 hours. Advisor was on phone whole time I checked in. Truck sat half in the bay with no one working on it....and then the advisor told me I owed 89$ for oil change (he did not listen when I told him it was free when I checked in. Told me to forget it and take my truck. Truck was blocked in. had to have someone move cones and drive around another vehicle cross the bays. Another point. Had brand new tires on front due to road hazard (100 miles on them). the automatic tread reader said my left from tire was worn down more than rest...when in reality it was brand new. More
