I purchased a used 2022 Nissan Altima and before I could drive it off the lot I was told it was going to be detailed and thoroughly cleaned. They scratched my driver side window, the hood and the trunk. I’m not an expert in detailing but I know for sure you’re not supposed to buff a window. Not only that but it looked like he used sandpaper, most likely didn’t even change the old pad. The sales manager tells me because they gave me such a good deal he doesn’t have financial room to fix the scratches, but he will replace the window. I spoke to the GM on the same day and was promised for a new window and for the scratches to be taken care of. I haven’t heard back anything and it’s been 2 weeks. I looked on several different online websites, I’m not a big dealership and I could get a window in about 3-5 days delivered to my front door. Very dissatisfied in the way they have handled this whole situation! More

This was a great experience from the start.
