I was shocked at how great the process was, including all four employees with whom we interacted. We had no intention of buying at the first dealer we visited, and Hopkins Honda had limited inventory, but Te four employees with whom we interacted. I called about a vehicle and they said it was there. I spoke to the sales manager as I had just had a poor experience with a different Luther dealership. She said not to worry and we would take care of I spoke to the sales manager as I had just had a poor experience with a different Luther dealership. She said not to worry and we would take care of you. I drove 40 minutes to the dealer to be met by a different sales person (which was fine). I was asked to wait while he brought the car around. I waited and he passed me several times before he explained that the vehicle was being serviced. This process took about 45 minutes once I arrived at the dealership. After my previous experience at now 2 separate Luther dealerships, I decided to purchase the exact vehicle elsewhere and am also buying a car for my kid there as well as a new vehicle for my wife in a month. I never did speak with the sales manager that was on the phone not with the sales manager that was at the other location with the poor experience. Good for Luther that business is so good it does not need to meet the service expectations of the customer and still thrive. More
