Told us it would take 3-5 days to get my vehicle in to diagnose the problem but it took three weeks to get it in to diagnose the problem. I had to call to check on the status of my truck. Ariel failed to diagnose the problem but it took three weeks to get it in to diagnose the problem. I had to call to check on the status of my truck. Ariel failed to keep me updated on the status of my truck twice after Ariel told me that she would keep me updated. My husband talked to the service manager (Todd) about everything that had been going on with my truck. Todd was very professional and very helpful and got my truck diagnosed and fixed in two days. We are very pleased with the service manager. Ariel the service rider needs to have more training in her job duties to ensure that customers are kept up to date on the progress of customers vehicles. More

Paying over 3 plus K for service to have to bring back my vehicle was an inconvenience. Items weren’t installed nor one of the The issues I brought in for weren’t fixed. Having them connect their phone device to our vehicle is not right either. After bringing it back they kept it for over a month for the inconvenience they said they would fill up the tank, wash my vehicle cleaned, neither of that happen, was very upset I just wanted to leave. Definitely not satisfied More

Didn’t have my car for 3 months my mom (the co signer) calls and threatens them with getting the law involved and suddenly the car they couldn’t get fixed is suddenly fixed WOW MAGIC and then we still had calls and threatens them with getting the law involved and suddenly the car they couldn’t get fixed is suddenly fixed WOW MAGIC and then we still had to wait 2 hours after they told us to come get it because they didn’t put parts back on. More
