Took two weeks after my appointment before my car was even touched. Communication by my service advisor was lack luster at best. I had to call her at least twice even though she said she would call me even touched. Communication by my service advisor was lack luster at best. I had to call her at least twice even though she said she would call me at least with an update. I finally spoke to the service manager and my car was done the next day. My advisor gave me a completed price over $500 what she quoted me. More

The wait was 2. 5 hrs for oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment. I wrote down a whole review and it deleted for some reason basically went like this. The service department ladys are the only ones in the building that seem to know what there doing. I waited in the reason basically went like this. The service department ladys are the only ones in the building that seem to know what there doing. I waited in the lounge area for over 10 hours in the span of two days .They dont know my coverage because they are trying to charge me 3 TIMES.THEY HAD NO IDEA ABOUT MY COVERAGE .They cant get parts in. Customer service are the only ones that dont seen to have there head in there xxx. More
