Walked out with the car we wanted We were greeted as we were walking towards the building by one of the managers and directed to Haitham immediately. We had a good idea of what we wanted and Haitham was able to get us the price we wanted for a Honda Accord. Carlos was excellent in explaining the financing and the different features that we could add on. Overall it was a great experience and we hope that it continues. More

Called looking for a 2013 pilot.spoke with salesperson ,salesmen and sales manager.told them was looking for a 2013 ,they ALL stated they had plenty.drove all the way there paid to park.waited 15 minutes ,salesmen and sales manager.told them was looking for a 2013 ,they ALL stated they had plenty.drove all the way there paid to park.waited 15 minutes for salesmen to spoke up for a 1130 appointment.he wrote down 2013 and stated tney have plenty,salesmanager came over and again said plenty and why cont i want a 2014 told him wanted the 2013 honda lease special . Took me to lt and showed me 2014 and i said again 2013 ,he said have plenty in other lot.went back nside and he wanted me to sign a aggre,en that if i like the deal i would buy. I refused and said show me a 2013 .i He came back with sales manager and said only had a 2013 top of line pilot so it would be cheaper to get into a 2014.the old bait and switch . I got up and walked out then they had the nerve to call me back and said they had plenty 2013 to come back . What a bunch of very unprofessional and inexperience people working there. More

I came to do drive test and find out price the can offer me, i went to website made appointment confirmed time came on time was waiting to give them my information, i was looking to drive accord ex after me, i went to website made appointment confirmed time came on time was waiting to give them my information, i was looking to drive accord ex after i was told that i can test drive anything i want i was put to ex-l v6 without even telling me,only at the end of the drive test i realized that i am driving V6 the even when i was driving and asking salesperson that how come 4 cylinder car riding with so much power he did not tell me. When test was done we were in a hurry so i asked Ariel to sent me price by email and he assured me that he will send it to me next day. 1. i wasted my time and did not test drive car i wanted 2. now after all week i did not get price from that sales manager (still do not understand how complicated that if he was ready to sent it in 15 minutes) 3. i asked them not to send me any Junk mail to my email and now i am getting it 4. i also got few emails to call them and Share my experience and i really try to use those numbers i tried few timed during work hours (at least 4) and only thing i get voice mail. i liked the car but do you think i will ever go to that place no way there are lots of other places to get it. and they actually showed me they they do not really care anyway. More

This is my 4th car purchased from this dealership. Even when I moved away from Queens and have other 3 dealerships in LI that are closer to my new home I return to Honda Paragon time and time again. I have purchased from them brand new cars and also certified vehicles. 3 SUVs and 1 sedan. They are fantastic at meeting you where you are and keeping your budget and needs in the forefront. I visited the dealership 3 times before deciding on the specific vehicle. Sean and Ariel were fantastic and worked very hard in finding the right match for my family. Thanks from the heart. More

If you looking to buy a car and want to negotiate with this dealer over the phone regarding prices and inventory, please don't waste your time. This dealership has no clue what is in their inventory so this dealer over the phone regarding prices and inventory, please don't waste your time. This dealership has no clue what is in their inventory so if you call and they say it's in stock, they are lying. Due to Hurricane Sandy, I lost my car and was urgent to get into a new one. I already did my research on what model and color car I wanted and Paragon offered a decent deal so I made an appointment to test drive a coffee color Honda CRV EXL with Nav. They said they are bringing it down and will be ready by the time I arrive. I live in Brooklyn so I had to borrow a car from someone. Once I arrived, I waited over 30 minutes to speak to someone and another hour for them to tell me the car I wanted wasn't there, and was on it's way from Brooklyn. (which is a lie). We were there for 3 hours and still the car hasn't arrived so we filled out the paperwork, PAID THE DOWN PAYMENT, got the insurance done and they changed the VIN number 3 times cause they didn't know the correct VIN number. THIS PLACE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE ON WHAT THEY HAVE IN STOCK. And finally I was told that it will be in tomorrow morning and sales rep said he will make sure it's ready. The next morning, I took a 2 hour train ride there, and guess what? They didn't have the car. If they knew this, why did they make me take a 2 hour train ride? not only they didn't have the car, they forced me into a car that I didn't want. And after waiting another 3+ hours and due to the urgency, and many errands I had to take care of due to the storm, I walked out with a car which already had over 10 miles on it, a dark grey with grey interior. Opposite of what I wanted which was suppose to have a black interior. I kept in communication with the sales rep, but he didn't care, they already got the sale, so I wrote to the General Manager Brett, I sent him an e-mail regarding my situation, and didn't get any response back. This place couldn't even put my old plates on the car, not only my insurance was changed 3 times, now I have my old plates on hand, no insurance on the totaled car from the storm, so now I have to deal with an insurance lapse. Stay away from here and go somewhere else that will at least not force you to come in the next morning and lie saying the car is ready when they know I was suppose to take a long train ride there. I could of went to a Honda dealer walking distance from where I lived and saw the car I wanted, but Paragon really took advantage. So if your a hurricane victim, this place will make your life worst. I wasted 2 days to get a car I didn't want and every day I think about what kind of people will do this to victims of a hurricane, and not even say they are sorry or offering alternatives, or help after writing to everyone. People I dealt with is April, Ariel, Bud, and a finance manager who tried to pull a quick one at the end after all this. Unbelievable. More
