My overall experience with Alex was ok but the person who worked with us was Arin, she did the work, however now I see that we did not get what was promised as far as part of our discussions that actually so worked with us was Arin, she did the work, however now I see that we did not get what was promised as far as part of our discussions that actually sold me to lease. Jimmy did not write it up correctly which now I am not a happy customer entirely, I should have caught it, Arin said we would have all oil changes free during our lease, I did tell Jimmy and he said ok but documented incorrectly as only 3 oil changes. After we left the dealership we realize we did not get offered the road hazzard warrenty so came back the next morning was told by Jimmy..to late..you have to get it before signing your documents, he did not offer it then, he was too busy trying to sell us window replacement!!! I personally feel he did not represent your dealership completely right. If I am off base here please let me know when you check this out More

It was a pleasure working with this dealership, from the girls working the front desk to the finance dept. I was very impressed on how attentive everyone is. Scott Kimbrough the GM takes great pride on making sure his customers are satisfied with their purchase. I can honestly say that he will listen to all of your concerns and explain the different packages they have to offer to protect your investment. Arin Robenson the salesperson was very kind and helpful throughout this whole process. Me and my wife are very happy with our new purchase and will recommend Big Star Hyundai to anyone that is looking to buy a new vehicle. More

I was gonna write a great review for her but she did not clearly explain to finance dept my needs wants and as far as trade in. She lost my key to the trade in. Luckily I had my extra key and brought it up clearly explain to finance dept my needs wants and as far as trade in. She lost my key to the trade in. Luckily I had my extra key and brought it up there. I tried to call her after the sale and was ghosted. So I think it was only about the sale not the reputation of this car dealership, because this was my 3rd car I have bought there and I felt I wasn’t given time to really think about my purchase even though I mentioned I had to get to work and would come back. I wasn’t given the option to drive it home. Think about it, and come back. Just get the sale done and get me out of there. More

This is the most deceptive, shady, no integrity group of people I have ever met in my life. The experience I had with them has literally had me in tears, had me screaming, and cussing I felt like I was goin people I have ever met in my life. The experience I had with them has literally had me in tears, had me screaming, and cussing I felt like I was going to have a mental breakdown after 3 months of nothing but lies and not so much as even the floor mats they owe me and riding around on paper plates that expired over a month ago I can't even get phone call back after leaving messages over 40 text with all the sales people telling me they will get everything fixed. I still have nothing they owe me. The only thing I have is a $30,000 bill and a car that doesn't even have floor mats and has a cracked screen and my head spinning. Do not go to Big Star if you want to have a present experiance More

Upon arriving we greeted right away, everyone was nice. Throughout the process everyone was responsive and helpful. The sales process was average for a car buying process with the exception of the inabilit Throughout the process everyone was responsive and helpful. The sales process was average for a car buying process with the exception of the inability to pay for the car outright with our credit card, we were forced to finance the car incurring finance charges when we wanted to pay it off in full using our own credit card. We agreed because my daughter needed a car. When we test drove the car the sales person unlocked the car with the key fob so we completely missed the fact that front passenger door lock isn't working as well as, as soon as we drove the car home saw the driver side front door handle pop off. I contacted the finance manager we dealt with as his was the only email address I had, but we also contacted the sales person via text. After several days he has yet to respond. I understand the car was as is but reached out in hopes the dealership would be willing to help given the circumstances. My wife and I like a couple Hyundai SUVs that we have been looking at for when we are ready to replace one of our other vehicles, unfortunately at this point, if we do proceed with one of those SUVs at that time, I'm not sure it will be from this dealership. I can deal with the answer if the answer is no regarding the items above, but not responding at all doesn't speak well to wanting future business. I bought a car from another dealer over two years ago and still have open communication with that sales person who I would definitely buy another car from. More
