Horrible bait and switch. They sent me their own link showing a 2025 Elantra Hybrid SEL Sport for about $20,960 labeled as Big Star Savings. They called and confirmed the price, ran my credit, and I was approved. When I arrived, I was told the price was “incentives” and they wanted about $4,000 more. If you’re not going to honor the price, don’t send the link, don’t confirm it, and don’t pull someone’s credit. Total waste of time and a hit to my credit. Would not recommend. More

I would have rated higher but Arin has not responded to my text about missing key for my vehicle. I have also emailed the dealership and called and no one has responded that I only received one key for the my text about missing key for my vehicle. I found a key ring with a second valet key and the dealership tag on it in the glovebox but no key . . . is there a second key? Can I come pickup when my registration arrives? More

Smooth test drive and excited to purchase the Kona. Unfortunately the dealer added $8000 on add ons included gps, 'forever tint' etc. 30+ minutes of back and forth with 'talking to the manager' old sch Unfortunately the dealer added $8000 on add ons included gps, 'forever tint' etc. 30+ minutes of back and forth with 'talking to the manager' old school dealer games. The final straw was the price was only valid right away, couldn't even leave to think about it and come back later that day. Once she knew I wasn't happy she asked me to stay until the manager came to say hi. While waiting Arin decided to ignore us and follow up with her leads on her computer. More

Here it is 9:04 am and nobody is answering the phones. I bought a used car from you all over a month ago, still have not received my registration. While in the process of buying my car, trying to get a h I bought a used car from you all over a month ago, still have not received my registration. While in the process of buying my car, trying to get a hold of someone was next to impossible. I couldn't leave a message for my sales rep or her boss. It said something like it wasn't set up or along those lines. While coming back a week later to get new front tires, when the car was brought out, there was damage on my right rim, which was not there before and the tires were not cleaned up AT ALL, they did not look like new tires. I had the nice gentlemen take the car back and have them clean the tires. Do the techs not see that? Do they not care? More

My overall experience with Alex was ok but the person who worked with us was Arin, she did the work, however now I see that we did not get what was promised as far as part of our discussions that actually so worked with us was Arin, she did the work, however now I see that we did not get what was promised as far as part of our discussions that actually sold me to lease. Jimmy did not write it up correctly which now I am not a happy customer entirely, I should have caught it, Arin said we would have all oil changes free during our lease, I did tell Jimmy and he said ok but documented incorrectly as only 3 oil changes. After we left the dealership we realize we did not get offered the road hazzard warrenty so came back the next morning was told by Jimmy..to late..you have to get it before signing your documents, he did not offer it then, he was too busy trying to sell us window replacement!!! I personally feel he did not represent your dealership completely right. If I am off base here please let me know when you check this out More
