The appearance of your dealership was excellent. The sale process lasted into the late evening but Marcos did a great job getting the financing all worked out. The next morning I went out to drive my truck to work and discovered some damage to the hood of my vehicle. I contacted Luis and he said right then the "he would take care of it". I was really distraught but I had confidence in Luis. He stayed in contact with me. Had me bring in the vehicle and arranged a loaner vehicle. When I got my vehicle back it looked great! Damage was repaired and he also installed a missing chrome piece around the fog light. This was the same piece that I asked my salesman about and he said he "couldn't find one". All in all, my experience turned out to be a good one. Tell Luis THANK YOU for me. JJ More

The Dealership was clean and had a large variety of cars and SUVs and the people were really friendly. All though I have never experienced an unsettling experience with the finance department, the person th and SUVs and the people were really friendly. All though I have never experienced an unsettling experience with the finance department, the person that helped me was a real nice guy ,but I was told I would Not be able to receive the low interest rate I was given unless I presented my social security card!! Even though I had given my social number , That’s the first I have never been told that , never before at other dealerships, unfortunately I lost my card and now trying and hopefully receiving it before time expires in order to receive that rate.I was hoping my credit and financial status would be good enough apparently it’s not , More
