Definitely ask for Arina Romanovskaya if you go to Longo Toyota to buy or lease a car! She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and goes the extra mile. I bought a new Prius Prime during Toyotathon at the end of 2020. Arina made setting up test drives for the car and the purchasing process very smooth and efficient. She was very knowledgeable about the car, all available discounts/specials to get the best deal on the car, the available state and federal tax rebates (and how to apply for them), and how to set up the purchasing contract and the registration/ownership title to be exactly how I wanted it, etc. She was also very patient and friendly with me and my family when we had a ton of questions about the Prius and the buying process over the course of 1 week before I finally bought. And the buying experience with Arina remained great even after I bought the car! She checked in afterwards to see how I was liking it and if I had any questions -- which I thought was really cool and classy. If my friends and family are ever looking to buy a Toyota, I can 100% whole-heartedly recommend Arina to them. Which is why I can recommend her to all of you. More

Lets face it....buying a new car / working with car sales(wo)men is a frustrating experience. All the tactics can be overwhelming. This wasn't the case with Arina! This Toyota dealership has such a high rating for good reason, as I learned in the last week. I was in the market for a new car after my old one was marked a total loss, and I didn't want to wait until t reason, as I learned in the last week. I was in the market for a new car after my old one was marked a total loss, and I didn't want to wait until the new year to buy when prices would shoot back up. My sales manager was Arina, who was extremely professional and personable throughout the process. She helped me negotiate an amazing deal on a new car. For someone like me who tends to be skeptical and reverse-auctions a lot between dealerships, her deal had me committed before I even entered the dealership in person. Once I was there, she really helped me understand all the different newer options they offered, their benefits, and how much they would cost me. There were no surprises or sneaky fine-print lines whatsoever at any point. I definitely recommend reaching out to her if you can- very professional, friendly, and has the knowledge to answer any of your questions. The dealership itself is nice too. They limit the number of customers inside the building at any time, in order to practise good COVID safety guidelines. They also have tents set up outdoors to accomodate for more crowded days. My only minor peeve was that the sales-managers' area still had desks closer to each other, with not sufficient COVID-appropriate spacing. Thankfully, there weren't many other customers around my specific location. Neither Arina nor Elise (my finance manager) tried to beat around the bush with my purchase. They explained all the products very elaborately, but not frustratingly so. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours (for comparison, my last dealership a few years ago took me about 6 hours, most of which was waiting for the finance manager). My new car was spanking shiny and completely free of dings and scratches. I would absolutely return to Longo, for parts, maintenance, or even for my next purchase. Good luck with your cars, friends! Arina was a professional; when shopping for a car, that’s all that matters. My family and I were shopping for 4Runners. I walked out of 2 dealers with offers on the table. Why? On top of that, she fought for us to get financing that was 2% less than other Toyota dealers offered. Arina is calm, professional and honest.
