All the folks at Tamiami Hyundai DESERVE THEIR FLOWERS! Like the rest of the world who want a good used car, I was eyeing up a 5th Gen 4Runner. I saw it online and came in store as I was referred to Carlos and Arlington to help me out with the sales experience and after going to other dealerships... let's say the bar was pretty low with what I had dealt with. Immediately, they were kind, helpful, and most importantly, TRANSPARENT. I mean this in the best way possible, they wanted to get the deal done while also offering the best monetary deal so that both parties were happy which is a rare thing to experience in the car buying market. Overall, a seamless process and I'm so happy to support their business and team. They've got great people and great inventory when it comes to helping you purchase your next new are used vehicle. Bought 2017 VW Jetta and had it shipped to Michigan. Upon receipt, we can’t open the fuel door. Reached out to Arlington and he said take it in and get it fixed as the door can’t be opened. I get a quote for $624.99 from a VW dealer because no other auto techs know how to resolve and Arlington suddenly changes his tune. Now he says “sold as is”. That is what some of us call a lie, plain and simple. So you got the better of me. Good job! More
