Bought 2017 VW Jetta and had it shipped to Michigan. Upon receipt, we can’t open the fuel door. Reached out to Arlington and he said take it in and get it fixed as the door can’t be opened. I get a quote for $624.99 from a VW dealer because no other auto techs know how to resolve and Arlington suddenly changes his tune. Now he says “sold as is”. That is what some of us call a lie, plain and simple. So you got the better of me. Good job! More
