I’d give this dealership an EXCEPTIONAL rating if it wasn’t for what happened at arrival. I pulled up to the closest line in the drive, and to just before the service desk. There were 3 service men stan wasn’t for what happened at arrival. I pulled up to the closest line in the drive, and to just before the service desk. There were 3 service men standing there and not one made a move to greet me. Then it took them a minute to ask why I was there. I felt like I came to the wrong place. I was instructed to go to the waiting room. No one moved to either tell me which door or direction until I asked. The car sales person knew how to greet and interact with me while I was waiting for the service. Maybe the service people need a refresher on how to greet people and welcome them into your business. More
