LEGENDS- MARK JULIO If it wasn’t for Mark and Julio I honestly don’t know how I would be able to get anything done at the aventura service center. Bought a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Already had an issue where they couldn’t find the second key for about 2 weeks then the weather stripping around the drivers windows was malformed an Already had an issue where they couldn’t find the second key for about 2 weeks then the weather stripping around the drivers windows was malformed and is on back order now the front bumper has separated from the fender. Trying to get someone to refer me to a body shop because this dealer doesn’t have one and won’t take the care into service until the backordered part comes in. Also, I would have to pay for my own rental if they have to keep the car because they only have 15 total rentals available. I’ve only had this car for three weeks! Would never recommend them. More
