In the past, anytime I thought of purchasing a car it would put me in a bad mood and give me an instantaneous headache. That is until I met the people at DCH Kay Honda. Looking for a car during the pand would put me in a bad mood and give me an instantaneous headache. That is until I met the people at DCH Kay Honda. Looking for a car during the pandemic of the carona virus was not the ideal time to get myself another car. However, I came across the car I had been looking for online for a price that seemed fair. I reached out to see what my options were. I’m so glad I did! They got back to me immediately and within a few days, they valued my trade, figured out the financial end, and agreed to meet me halfway between my house and their dealership to do the car exchange (my trade and the new car) and paperwork as the dealership was quite the drive from my house. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt safe and happy in the purchase and exchange, during this difficult time of the economy, safety, health. They also contacted me within the following few hours of my purchase, to follow up and see how I liked my car and if I was 100% happy with my purchase. I couldn’t be happier with my car — it’s even better than I imagined!
