He took the time to do a detailed comparison between the Accord and the Civic--both in features and pricing--and made it very easy for me to make my decision. Moreover, he made the paperwork quite easy. He brought in Andrew Ly and Armando Lopez, who were also professional, polite, articulate, and helpful. They handled the processing of the paperwork that comes with a new vehicle with alacrity, and made everything very easy to understand. Steve, Andrew, and Armando could not have made it a more pleasant experience and are a credit to the dealership and a great reflection on Honda. This is my second Honda. The first was a 1987 Honda Civic, which I had the pleasure of driving for more than 20 years, and I couldn't be more delighted with its descendant! It was wonderful then, yet it's come so very, very far. Great car, great company, great dealership, and great mileage! No gimmicks or lies, just straight forward prices and honesty. My salesman was Willie Daniels. Willie was patient and courtieous. I felt like he was on my side of the deal as we reached a price we were comfortable with. He was an absolute gentleman. The finance manager was Armando Lopez. He was our previous salesman. I felt like I was visiting my brother I hadn't seen in a few years. He came right over and said Hello. Amazingly he new my name as soon as I walked in. We were shopping for a car for our daughter in college and looking to get the best deal. I did a lot of research and actually was at a Nissan dealership the week before and had a terrible experience we w and looking to get the best deal. I started researching other makes and models in my price range and came across the Honda Accord. I was drawn to DCH because Ironically I bought my first car here at Kay Honda in 1981. I had a couple of email exchanges with Ray Furslew and phone calls and the deal was done! I sent him my information, filled out the credit application at home and actually drove in a snow storm to pick up the car! I was in and out of the dealership in a little over an hour!!! Quicker than the food store!!! I can't say enough about this dealership. Total honesty, no typical car salesmen stories. My advice, do your research on the car, shop the best deal and be assured DCH Honda will take care of you. From Ray our salesman, to Anthony the manager to Armando the Finance Manager, all first class real people!!!! More
