Joshua Perry was great to work with on the purchase of vehicle. However my buying experience was disappointing. However after making the trip to Carlsbad I was told the car was no longer available. Another model with a higher sticker price was available. WOW. Bait and switch? I thought ok this is not normal. But I was wrong. In the lobby the same situation happened to some one else. Which led to a heated discussion between 2 sales people (not Joshua). FYI that couple walked. If Bob Baker auto is going to engage in internet shopping and sales you probably should either have a disclaimer about first come first serve or get rid of internet shopping and sales. I ended up buying the more expensive model. Joshua sold me on the added features which I will appreciate down the road, but the whole experience left me with a bad feeling about the whole experience. I have already had several friend ask about the car and Bob Baker. Car is great. Love it. Bob Baker auto not so much. Jonathan Berlinguette More
