Incompetence is the word. They are unable to fix a car the first time, or often the second time. I dropped off my jaguar for evaluation (11/23/24) and repair (after taking it in 3 times within 4weeks before the problem was addressed). It was not until 3/4/24 before it was ready for pick up.
