The dealership is clearly firstrate. I bought my Range Rover Evoque Convertible from a dealership that since moved quite a distance from my home, so i went to another dealership for serv I bought my Range Rover Evoque Convertible from a dealership that since moved quite a distance from my home, so i went to another dealership for service about 14 months ago. they were ok, but not great, and they actually screwed something up. so, i decided to try Jaguar Land Rover santa monica, and they were great--my new service rep Paul Hernandez, and the facility. i consider myself blessed to have found them! THE PROBLEM "RESTRICTED PERFORMANCE" WAS NOT FIXED. CAME BACK 4 WEEKS LATER. THEN THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH MARIO GARCIA. NEVER WOULD CALL BACK AS HE SAID ON SEVERAL OCCASION. RAFI THEN TOOK CARE CAME BACK 4 WEEKS LATER. THEN THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH MARIO GARCIA. NEVER WOULD CALL BACK AS HE SAID ON SEVERAL OCCASION. RAFI THEN TOOK CARE OF IT . WHEN I ASKED RAFI WAS THE CAR READY, HE SAID "YEAD DIDN'T MARIO CALL YOU AT 1PM". NO MARIO DID NOT CALL NOR DID HE CALL ON FRIDAY 9/15 AS HE SAID HE WOULD TO UPDATE THE CAR. HE NEVER EVEN CAME TO WORK THAT DAY. NOT TO MENTION THE WHOLE REASON I BROUGHT THE CAR IN THIS LAST TIME (ON 9/13) WAS DUE TO THE RED LIGHT WARNING ("RESTRICTED PERFORMANCE") WHICH MR. HERNANDEZ TOLD ME WAS TAKEN CARE OF WHEN I HAD BROUGHT THE CAR IN 4 WEEKS EARLIER TO UNDERGO ITS ANNUAL MAINTENAANCE AND PURCHASE 2 MORE TIRES. ALL IN ALL VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. PAUL HERNANDEZ DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THERE WAS A MECHANICAL PROBLEM THAT AROSE AS A RESULT OF THE SERVICE THROUGH NO FAULT OF PAUL, AND PAUL HAD IT FIXED AT NO CHARGE TO ME.
