The fianance worker did everything he could to make sure I was getting the best deal, the manager was understanding and willing to help where needed. In for repair...out with flair! My wife and I both own Kia Soul's and love them very much. My wife had an older Certified Pre Owned we purchased from their dealership awhile ago and My wife and I both own Kia Soul's and love them very much. My wife had an older Certified Pre Owned we purchased from their dealership awhile ago and we were bringing it in for some maintenance. Prior to us doing this, as her car was not very old but hitting that good combo of just low enough mileage but still new enough to trade in, I had been looking at the new 2019 kia souls. We decided to look at a 2019 Kia Soul as this year not only was inferno red available but also standard was a back up camera. I also felt a new car would be safer for her as well. We ran into Arnaldo who awesomely helped us discuss our potential trade in, get a newer vehicle and ultimately put my mind at ease with the safety of my wife and daughter in a new vehicle! I will admit I originally had not planned to purchase a vehicle that very night, but Arnaldo assisted us in a non pressure way that even when they did not have the exact color that my wife wanted, they were able to get it shipped from a nearby dealer. Overall EXCELLENT customer service above and beyond what I expected sealed the deal of me purchasing a car that night. More
