The dealership was conveniently located and easily accessible. The interior was clean and well designed so that vehicles in the inventory could be looked at without going outside. The drawback is the previous day ti my purchase, family went to look at vehicles and regardless of saying they were not purchasing a female dealer was being pushy. In addition the vehicle I wanted to purchase was featured on the website but when Arnaldo looked for me it had not arrived yet. I really appreciated Arnaldo explaining this to me and working hard to rectify the situation as it was off putting. I would suggest the website be updated to reflect when a vehicle is arriving because it’s more helpful to customers but I recognize that this is likely an intentional tactic used by Halleen Kia to apply a bait and switch sales strategy. More
