Arno immediately understood my new concerns for a super safe car and was extremely understanding and intuitive in his assessment of what my likes and needs were. He took as much time with me as I needed and never made me feel silly or rushed. He handled me with kid gloves and a tremendous amount of compassion and care. He even encouraged me to purchase a car that was $10K less because he wanted me to feel as safe as possible. I can't put into words how his exceptional customer service and professionalism and also respect for my time when it came time to take delivery of the car was appreciated.
