I have nothing but the best to say about my experience over 6 years ago purchasing my Mercedes Benz. I had just completed chemotherapy from battling breast cancer and decided to start living my life to t over 6 years ago purchasing my Mercedes Benz. I had just completed chemotherapy from battling breast cancer and decided to start living my life to the fullest. I chose that day to drive to Princeton Mercedes Benz, simply to just fulfill the desire to start life anew. I had always wanted to own a Mercedes Benz but knew that my salary nor credit would afford me that opportunity. Well... that day I walked in the showroom, totally bald and confident and was greeted by Arno. He took the time to hear my story and he said the best thing would be if I could get financed with The Mercedes Benz Financial, it would be great. I tell the story today, that I had $2.00 in my pocketbook, not even enough to buy the other half of the hoagie for lunch and here I am at the Princeton Mercedes Dealer looking to buy a Mercedes.... I can still recall Arno saying, "Well, we have some work to do, I can't promise you anything but I will do all that I can to help you". The rest is history.... I am still driving my Mercedes Benz 6 years later , and as a published author speaking on breast cancer, I have shared this story in my book. One of the major reasons I chose the Princeton Mercedes Benz dealership was the way they treated their customers. I moved to NJ over 18 years ago and I worked there briefly in the service department as a part-time job. I loved the way they treated their customers and I knew that if I were ever fortunate enough to purchase a Mercedes, it would be from that dealership. First Impressions are very important to me! In the past we had been using Ray Catana. A few years ago we purchased a C300 for my 17yr old daughter, we were shopping around and we started with the dealer we were familiar with in Edison. We were not happy with our experience there and decided to try the Princeton dealership, it was closer to home and we were hoping for a more personnel experience. We were introduced to Arno Orsini, he turned out to be not only a man of great knowledge in his field ,but a man of compassion and caring. You see the reason we were shopping for the car is because my daughter had a terrible accident , she was not injured but the experience left her uneasy and afraid to drive, in fact she didn't want a new car at all. But after a few moments with Arno my daughter was relaxed, she was able to pick out a car and felt confident again, his kind words to her were encouraging and fatherly. It was just the type of customer service we needed. This was 5yrs ago. Today was our fourth purchase with Arno, and I am sure there will be many more. I have a new driver this year and one in two more years.. There is no doubt that we will decide to seek Arno's advise on our next purchase. I realize in this very competitive field that a salesman could loose sight of what is important, the customer, not just the bottom line, and that is why I felt compelled to write this review. I felt Arno should be recognized for his great efforts, he brings the human element to car purchasing experience. In a very polite, decidedly low key manner, Arno showed me on the car how the E350 was superior to the BMW 535 I had been considering. Negotiations were also low key with Arno, and resulted in an extremely attractive price. I placed the order to build the car, with Arno offering sage advice about which options would best meet my needs. When the car arrived the delivery process was very thorough - I was slowly taken through all of the car’s controls to be sure that I understood how to use them. All in all, a thoroughly pleasant experience - I highly recommend the dealership! More
