See Luis We are not local to the dealership at all it's about a 45-50 minute drive from our home. Yet we buy and 100% service our vehicle's here even just a si We are not local to the dealership at all it's about a 45-50 minute drive from our home. Yet we buy and 100% service our vehicle's here even just a simple oil change gets done at Ray Chevy....nowhere else...and we only see Luis in the service department. He's great and doesn't sell you repairs you do not need. If a few repairs are needed he'll even tell you what you can wait to spread out the repair bills if you need to do that. Also heads up in future repairs so you're not surprised later down the road. Our first Chevy that we bought for our daughters first high school car was not bought at Ray, it was local to us. The car was not even a year old and my local dealer said it needed about $800 in "basic maintenance". I called Ray Chevy because we had just bought our second Chevy (1st Chevy from Ray) and Ray Chevy service department doesn't do that to their customers. I was told the maintenance was not needed at all and I was being taken advantage of. Ray Chevy has plenty of business that don't need to make up repairs to get the sales. He will suggest maintenance items and repairs that are needed. I will definitely go to Ray for all my Chevy car sales, maintenance and repairs. Nowhere else. Keep up the great work Luis! More
