I had a terrible experience with the finance team, specifically Shane Lee. It felt like a total scam operation designed to push worthless warranties and unnecessary services. Do not trust this dealership with your money—do your homework and get your own financing elsewhere. More

The dealership was great, but Kathy was awesome! She was very attentive to my needs, anxieties, and made me feel at ease. She was very professional and made this experience not so stressful. So at the end of the day Heritage Toyota is where you want to go get your new car. Make sure you see Tyler Day. I had some issues with the car following my initial purchase that was somewhat brushed off by one employee (don’t know name) while Tylers first response was how he going to make it right. We will be back for our next purchase. The finance guy Arnulfo could work on his communication better but he got us through the process quickly. Great experience overall! More
