He really thought he could trick us into buying a more expensive car or tell me that another dealership that I was speaking to had no cars or was a stripped down version of what we were looking at. I did my research and I even called the other dealership while at Heritage and they had the car we wanted. John did not want to help a repeat customer. We bought from another place and are very happy. Please don’t let John take advantage of you. Save some money and go elsewhere. More

I had a terrible experience with the finance team, specifically Shane Lee. It felt like a total scam operation designed to push worthless warranties and unnecessary services. They aren't looking out for the customer; they are looking to pad their own pockets. Most concerningly, they tried to push the worst possible loan terms just to increase their own commissions. Do not trust this dealership with your money—do your homework and get your own financing elsewhere. More

So at the end of the day Heritage Toyota is where you want to go get your new car. Make sure you see Tyler Day. He’s been great from start to finish to even a month later he really cares about his custom want to go get your new car. Make sure you see Tyler Day. I had some issues with the car following my initial purchase that was somewhat brushed off by one employee (don’t know name) while Tylers first response was how he going to make it right. We will be back for our next purchase. The finance guy Arnulfo could work on his communication better but he got us through the process quickly. Great experience overall! More
