I was having electrical issues with my F150 and I brought it to McFarland Ford. Art immediately called me once they started looking at it and informed me my windshield was leaking. For the next 3 weeks Art a it to McFarland Ford. Art immediately called me once they started looking at it and informed me my windshield was leaking. For the next 3 weeks Art and the techs met with several people from the company that installed my windshield and also people from that company’s insurance company. I never once had to go over there for anything. Art answered probably 20 random e mails and 10 phone calls from me throughout the process in an extremely timely fashion. I wound up just getting my truck back yesterday after almost 5 weeks, good as new. I can’t even put into words how much easier everyone made a terrible situation. Whatever Art gets paid, isn’t enough. Type of guy every company wishes they had working for them. I only gave 5 stars because I can’t give 6. More

Made an appointment to have service on our truck, they didn't seem to know anything about it. Asked me who I spoke to. They took it anyway and completed the service I asked for (after asking me what tha didn't seem to know anything about it. Asked me who I spoke to. They took it anyway and completed the service I asked for (after asking me what that was supposed to be). I had to go ask what was going on. I waited 2.5 hours for it to be completed. A bit ridiculous. More
