By the time we were signing the papers we felt like we had made a friend with Art and we truly wanted us to be happy with our vehicle. Even though Sands Chevrolet is not the closest dealer to where we live we will definitely be having our vehicle serviced at Sands Chevrolet because we feel they are our friends and will give us the best service and we would recommend Art to any of our friends and family. This is my first time buying a car and it could have been a better experience. I walked into the dealership with my blank check completely financed and ready to leave with a car. I believe the process took longer than it should have. I had to wait for some to drive my vehicle from surprise to Glendale (which I never heard of.. I thought new cars were suppose to be transported by trucks). And then driven to my home later that night. Regardless, I felt that situation should have been handled better. Yet. the part that really turned my experience up side down was the fact that I asked specifically in the beginning of the process "will my credit be run" and I received a no. When it came to paperwork I was told to sign a paper agreeing to the credit check that they have already done. So... in essence you guys are liars. I still do not understand why I have 3 inquires on my report from you guys and the bank of your choice when I came to the dealership completely financed. That is why my rating is so low. Other people may have a better experience if these small things do not bother you. More
