Gabby Duarte is an excellent saleswoman! She listened to what we were looking for and guided us to the perfect car for us. She was knowledgeable, professional and extremely patient! We have our budget limit so we worked out together with the manager Arthur Glass and he was able to get us a good deal! Thank you Arthur! These salesman like to put up this guise like they're helping you just to end up xxxxing you over in the end. Car runs nice and Doug was the only one that showed an ounce of class over there. First of all Robert the finance manager told me that the financing was done with my bank and also that with my credit score that my apr would be 7.9% which would have been lower if he banked with my bank because my credit score was over 700 and second of all he did not tell me we were banking with Ally. I tried to negotiate as the paperwork says negotiable all I got was the runaround and a bunch of mumbling. They claimed they were getting the car ready and checking everything to be ready for when I picked it up (stuff like paint protection and etc.) but when I test drove the car the air in the tires were low and when I picked it up they were still low so i'm not sure what kind of checking they did but I know I had to pay a fee for it and it came with the worst windshield wipers I've ever seen. I only agreed in the end due to the payment not being high because I have good credit and had a big down payment however it just seemed like these guys kept wanting to add fees and extra stuff just so I had to finance a higher price when in reality I should have paid a lower price. How do you put down $21K down payment on a car that was a little over $24,000 and still have to finance $10,000 does that make sense to you? Would you have paid this? I definitely don't think so. Also Arthur tried to get me to get the car with no down payment which even the person reading this knows that, that is some xxxxxxxx. However what pissed me off was him telling me that if I did it today that I would be getting "the car of my dreams" i'm not a child and I do not need to be treated as such. I came in to get a car because I needed a car with more power and I was tired of driving the old car due to me having to constantly fix things on it. I'm not some kid coming in looking to get the "car of my dreams", i'm the same as all these other people who come in and buy a car so at least have some decency to not treat me like some child who just wants a fast car. The only redeeming quality is the car because the car is great but I feel disrespected and cheated by these salesmen but I guess this is just "their job". I understand that by making me finance more and adding on more fees may make their commission pay higher however that doesn't excuse this grimy way of doing it. The fake smiles was all just part of their ploy to get me good which they did so kudos to you. I hope any other person that comes to buy a car from y'all don't fall into the same trap. I had a great experience buying my 2016 GMC Canyon. My salesman was Juan and he was extremely polite and helpful. I did not feel pressured by him or any other employees I talked with in making the decisi salesman was Juan and he was extremely polite and helpful. I did not feel pressured by him or any other employees I talked with in making the decision to buy my truck. And I love the truck! It's Crystal Pearl White with brown leather interior. I enjoy driving it. Yes, I recommend talking with Edwin the desk manager. He gave me a rundown of my vehicle and all of my expenses associated with my purchase. Juan and Edwin both did an excellent job!!!!! Thank you Guys More
