Very Poor Customer Service - Arthur Glass customer service has a lot to be desired. Rude and did not follow through after the sale. Rude demeanor throughout the sale, once done in financing never even came to thank me for purchase or wish us well with the car, nothing, never told us there was only 1 set of keys to car until we were leaving and finance guy had to go find that out and tell us it cost me $500 for another set, sold me a car with really bad tires, had to spend $1000 on tires a week after I got the car. Lied and told me me the reason he was giving me so little for my trade is it had a custom exhaust so couldn't be sold on their lot would have to go to auction. I told him the stock parts were in the trunk. He said it didn't matter. The next week the vehicle was for sale on their lot. Sad that there was a nice young man Ben who he seemed to be training. I hope he does not replicate Arthur's sales tactics. I will never again buy a car from any "Sport" dealer. The car I bought from here was recently totaled in a crash. I drove 2 hours to Orlando to buy another car 2 weeks ago and never even considered looking at any "Sport" dealer as a result of this poor sales experience. Only reason I gave a 2 star instead of 1 start is the vehicle was the vehicle was priced fair and good overall quality car.l More

On Monday 3/9/20 I was out shopping for a Subaru Outback to replace my 2011 Outback with over 100,000 miles on it. When I arrived at Sport I was greeted by Pedro who was very nice he was a little busy so he to replace my 2011 Outback with over 100,000 miles on it. When I arrived at Sport I was greeted by Pedro who was very nice he was a little busy so he referred me to Guy Liuzzo who was super nice and we discussed what I wanted. I was shown a 2017 Outback lease return vehicle. After taking it for a test ride we sat down and discussed price and terms. I then met Arthur to go over the offer. After a little haggling we just couldn't complete the deal then. When I left I decided to call Guy while was on my way home and he went over what was involved in this which I in turn decided to accept and return the next day. All in all I was totally pleased with Guy,Pedro,Arthur, and Justin Moore the Business Mgr all these guys were very proffesionl and represented you dealership to the highest degree.
