All three staff members were kind, friendly, and seemed to genuinely care about me and whether or not I would be happy with my purchase. I originally went in for a 2015 Toyota Corolla, and left with a 2017 Corolla for a great price. I felt that Kenny, Fausto, and Arthur were incredibly knowledgeable and thorough when explaining different features of my car and financing options. The process was efficient. I walked out of Toyota of Braintree with my first brand new car, a smile on my face, and am very thankful for a great experience. More

He asked me a few questions about what I was looking for. He lined me up to meet with a few of his sales staff. Then he went to worked finding the car and color that would interest me. He went above and beyond what I expected and was professional and treated me with great care! While I was there, I met with Mike Toomey. Mike made it easy for me to understand the options of buying vs leasing, based off what would best fit my needs. Danny Nunez made me feel comfortable while I was testing out different vehicles. He was knowledgeable, courteous and I have to say the customer service I received from Danny was outstanding! Arthur Martel was amazing, he was able to work with my budget and was able to get me financed. My overall buying experience was hassle free with absolutely no pressure. I can honestly say that I felt peace of mind driving off the lot, and I will most definitely be back.
