I first visited the dealership with my Mother when she purchased her new Camry SE. That experience left me so impressed that when my 14 year old Honda Accord’s glory days were over, I called George Saef without hesitation. Just as he did with my Mom six months earlier, he set the bar for a wonderful experience. George introduced me to Bob Wilfand to teach me about the available models and to take me on the test drives. Bob was simply awesome! He explained everything about all of the models I test drove and since it’s been a while since I’ve had a new car, I test drove many. Throughout the afternoon, Bob enthusiastically provided me with all of the information I needed to make the right decision for me. Ultimately, I chose the Camry XLE and I’m so happy with my decision, I just love my new car! George found me the color combination I wanted and led me through what was perhaps the most transparent and pleasant price discussion I’ve ever had, I almost couldn’t believe I was car shopping. I chose to take advantage of the 0% financing and Arthur Martel facilitated a smooth and efficient process. Bob made sure to thoroughly review all the features of my new car upon delivery; he even paired up my phone for me! From start to finish, George to Bob to Arthur, and all of the other people that helped in between, the entire experience was truly exceptional! I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new car, they should make it a priority to visit to Tufankjian Toyota of Brainree and their search will not only be over, but their experience will be top notch. Even with an impending storm, he searched through his stock, found the most suitable car for my lifestyle, and immediately started the paperwork. That same night I met with Arthur Martel, the finance manager on my case and he also started his own paperwork. Both Fausto and Arthur were welcoming and professional, while making the experience feel like a reunion with old friends. Just four days after choosing my car, even with two New England blizzards, Fausto and Arthur were able to finish all the paperwork and finalize the deal. The day I pickup up my new Toyota, Fausto was his warm welcoming self, Arthur made sure to come by and say hi, and Kenny T (another manager) made sure everything was handled correctly and added onto an unforgettable car leasing experience.
