We told him that we had no intention of buying on that day but he still took the time to help us and answered our questions. We told him what we originally wanted, but we decided that vehicle was not a good fit for us so Elvis started the process again trying to find us the perfect car for our needs. We knew we wanted a Toyota because we had owned one previously and because of the Toyota reputation - even on the Certified pre-owned. Elvis found us a 2012 Certified pre-owned Camry that had everything we wanted. Again, he did all this knowing he was not getting a sale that day, but that didn't deter him or dampen his helpfulness. Of course we did ultimately buy that car on that day. We also worked with Arthur Martel in finance and he was just as kind and helpful. Arthur worked hard to get us a good rate and decent monthly payments. Overall, this was a great experience. More

I was very anxious about the whole process but once Ruben and I sat down and discussed what I was looking for, he took it from there and made the whole process very simple and at ease. We spent hours sitting there waiting b/c of insurance issues but Ruben made it such a pleasure sharing conversation and he understood my situation. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend him and this dealership. Susan at the front desk was such a joy as I had two young children with me and they both made it very easy and comfortable. Since it took a little longer then anticipated, Ruben was kind enough to come to Randolph to pick me up and bring me back to get the car. Highly recommended!!!! More
