After this most recent accident ,I called Fred Zeiba again. No worries for me. Fred as usual located my 2017 Camry . Fred is always so professional . I know that he keeps me informed and updated during the process. He always keeps my individual needs in mind. Meeting with Arthur Martel is amazing as he works to make sure the process goes smoothly. I visited several small dealerships, as well as McGee Toyota, Braintree Toyota, and Expressway Toyota, and was compelled to buy the best car at Braintree Toyota for MANY reasons. 1. The Experience: Ruben Bourguignon was an awesome, honest and very diligent sales person. He and his fellow Internet Sales Manager Bob Hyman were so thorough in finding me the car that fit my family perfectly. They searched everything they had and updated me every few days with new cars coming in. They let me walk in and out 3 different times with no hassle and pure honesty. Arthur in finance was on top of getting me the best interest rate and warranties . 2. Car selection: After visiting so many dealerships, I learned that Braintree Toyota had the best deal and best quality, especially in the certified selection. Bob and Rubens led me to exactly what I wanted through sincere and excellent service. 3. Comparison: Ruben walked me thought car fax history, price comparison, mileage, quality, and many test drives while also being the owner of a Toyota himself. He answered all of my questions and didn't try to hustle me once. 4. Overall: I felt truly cared for throughout my entire search to purchase at Braintree Toyota. It was such a great feeling to say "I'm buying this car thanks to you!" I was helped with getting the best car loan, registered and insured directly from the dealership and traded my car in with great value toward my new purchase. Offered a higher trade in than all the other dealers I visited. I plan to pay ahead and pay this car off as quickly as possible to keep it and buy another car from them in the next few years. If I told you the price I would be giving away their secret of truly offering the lowest price all inclusive. From the moment we got to the door their staff was very timely and attentive, even without a previously schedule appointment and despite how busy they were because it was end of the month and Toyota had a big sale. We opted for a car we didn't even know we wanted, and while pleased with the car after going home and talking to our mechanic about the mileage in the car, i ended up not wanting the car Jordan and his team at Toyota went above and beyond not only to find us a better and improve version of our new car, but most importantly to insure that we were satisfied with our purchase and that we took home a car we loved. They did the impossible. In a timely, efficient and hassle free manner. Super honest dealership. Would recommend this team to anyone!!
