He was very nice and helpful and he guided me to the right person. My sales guy Sunny. Sunny was very nice and professional. He took me to the car and I took it for a test drive. Right then and there, I knew I wanted this car. Arthur in finance made the process very smooth. On Friday Sunny greeted me with the keys to my car which had a full tank of gas. I was so pleased that everyone was so helpful and patient with me because this was my first time buying a car. I was very pleased with the service. Jordan was a pleasure to work with, and actually is the one who came up with a viable alternative (leasing vs purchase) that got me into my 2015 RAV4. Everyone I've ever encountered from sales to service has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. No pressure, they will work with you and not against you to get you into a vehicle, and for me, they didn't patronize me because I was a woman "alone" looking for a car (which has happened before). Bill from accessories even played me video of his band. All in all, when my lease is up in 3 years, I will be back. You won't be disappointed. More

After having visted a couple of other local dealers ( Subaru and Honda) and having had less than satisfactory experiences there, we were moved to try Toyota of Braintree after my brother-in law and his wife bought a used Rav-4 there a few weeks ago. We were impressed with how friendly and competent our salesman, Matt Smith was in dealing with us and decided to replace both hondas rather than one at a time. At no time did we feel we were being hurried, hassled or pressured. Matt took the time to explain things, answer questions and helped us through the whole process. More

Not just a customer, but family!! Buying a car is known to be a stressful endeavor. You know what you want/need and you know what you can afford. As someone who had to deal with a few different dealerships and multiple sales people, I can wholeheartedly say, that if Tufankjian in Braintree is not your first stop, it should without a doubt be your last. Every single person I dealt with was incredibly helpful. Bob Wilfand, in particular, made the entire process easy and even fun. I told him what I wanted and what I could afford. He gave me options and found me the perfect car! It had everything I wanted, and a few bonus features. He gave me a price that I couldn't pass up. He treated me like family and even sat with me for about 6 hours while I finalized a few last minute touches. The best part of the entire experience is that it is not a gimmick. Once you step foot in the building you become family for life. They are happy to see you and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. I will never go anywhere else! More

He listened to all my concerns and guided me to the best all around deal for us financially as well as what was going to work out best for our family. Bob walked me through the car from front to back, answered all my questions. He made me feel as though he was trying to win a customer for life and not just a quick sale. My "total " experience I purchased my 2014 Camry in May 2014.Fred Zeiba was the salesperson who did such a great job. In Oct 2014 my Camry was totaled . My injuries would I purchased my 2014 Camry in May 2014.Fred Zeiba was the salesperson who did such a great job. In Oct 2014 my Camry was totaled . My injuries would have been worse except for the safety features. With health issues still present,I knew that I could count on Fred to find me a 2015 Camry. Within a very short time, I was driving my new Camry. It was stress -free and he delivered it on time and as promised. I plan to keep this car for a while but if I need another vehicle I will contact Fred. So that is my "total" experience. More
