I bought two new cars ( tacoma and 4 runner) from Eduardo Vivas. And both times I dealt with Arthur martel for the financing portion. They were both excellant to deal with and very proffessional. I recently had the pleasure of working with Brian McGrath and the Toyota of Braintree team in purchasing my Scion XD. I don't think this comments box could possibly sum up how impressed I was with my experi and the Toyota of Braintree team in purchasing my Scion XD. I don't think this comments box could possibly sum up how impressed I was with my experience. Going into buying the car search and going in and out of different dealerships, I wasn't overly excited about the process of deciding on a new car. That is, until I stepped into Toyota of Braintree. I am a huge believer in customer service making or breaking the deal - across the board. Toyota of Braintree has customer service mastered - far beyond my expectations, to be honest. Every employee we encountered was friendly (not pushy or salesy, just genuinely pleasant), informative and very professional. Although we didn't make a decision to buy the car on our first visit, my husband and I both knew immediately that we would be purchasing a car from this dealer. After my first visit, I received a follow-up message from Brian McGrath just thanking me for my time and offering to answer any additional questions. When I came back the following weekend, I was actually greeted initially by another employee, Mike Hankes, who surprisingly knew who I was and which car I was coming to look at! Again, it was a simple thing - but just another sign that they had their act together! After we made our decision to purchase, the entire process went incredibly smoothly. Bill Detellis walked us through our options for accessories (I ended up going with the security alarm/remote car starter package). I appreciated Bill's style because he came across as very honest and knowledgeable. Arthur Martel was wonderful to work with as well - he took care of all of our paperwork on the finance side of things. Although they didn't have the color I wanted in the store, there were able to track it down in less than 2 days. And, since I was having difficulties figuring out how to pick the car up from the dealership logistically, Brian kindly delivered the car directly to my home. I must add one more time that Brian McGrath was fantastic to work with and I will absolutely be recommending him to anyone I know who's in the market for a car. Not only does Brian have tremendous customer service skills, but he's also mastered the art of "selling without selling", which is a tricky combination to find. More

Just bought my car today with Shane and Arthur's help. My father had just bought his brand new car from them as well a week ago. I had a terrible experience purchasing my last car at a different dealership so it made me scared to think about doing it again. My dad was pleased with his process of buying his new car that I went up that night to check everything out. Both Shane and Arthur worked hard to get me into a car I actually loved and could afford. I was so fortunate to have their help to get into a great car that's safe and reliable. I would recommend this place to anyone and already told Shane I'll be back in a few years for my next car. More

I was "upside down" on a vehicle that I owned and wasn't having any luck trading it in. On a whim, I stopped in on a Sunday and met Shane Murphy. He told me "A deal could get done," and suggeste and wasn't having any luck trading it in. On a whim, I stopped in on a Sunday and met Shane Murphy. He told me "A deal could get done," and suggested where I should start. I took his card and left. I still wasn't sure what I wanted to do and the following Wednesday, I went back. Shane remembered me and began the process immediately. After the business manager began running numbers, Shane laid out my options, taking into consideration my needs, wants and concerns. He then showed me my options and when I told him I needed to call the wife, he agreed. When she came up, Shane treated her with respect and didn't pressure her, (which would've led to us walking out. My wife does not put up with pushy salesman.)He let us talk, but kept us informed on what he thought would be the best option for us, without being forceful. After we decided on a car, my wife and I both felt that Shane did his job well, he knew when to interject and he knew when to stay out of the conversation. I am 100% happy with the new car and my experience with both Shane and Arthur Martell. My daughter bought a car from Shane today and she was just as happy! We will be back and we Do recommend the dealer, highly. I had been to another dealer and was offered the same car I bought, but I declined, because I didn't feel as though they had my best interest in mind. More

Praise for Ed Nugent & Mark Mcelroy! I have purchased many vehicles from different dealerships over the years and always left with a feeling of uneasiness after the deal was complete. This was not the case when I left Toyota of Braintree my whole experience was free of the usual anxiety and I left feeling happy with the deal we negotiated. I will always recommend Ed Nugent as the person to deal with at Tufankjian Toyota. More

I had the plesure of purchasing a Toyota Yaris at Tufankjian Toyota. The purchase experience was seamless and pleasant. I contacted the dealership on the internet and received a prompt response fro Tufankjian Toyota. The purchase experience was seamless and pleasant. I contacted the dealership on the internet and received a prompt response from Bob Hadges. He was informative, personable and patient in reviewing my options. As someone who does not know much about cars, I was apprehensive about purchasing a car. Bob and all of the employees I dealt with (Ryan Tierney, Arthur Martel, Carlos Ortega, and Eric Francke)put me at ease knowing that I was dealing with honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy professionals. When I made an appointment to visit the dealership I immediately received an appointment confirmation via emaill. Upon my arrival, Bob met me and introduced me to Ryan. I was immediately impressed when Ryan had the phone information that I had given Bob over the phone on his desk. Ryan was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions about the car. He took me on a test drive and provided me with more car facts and told me about dealership services. I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle and Ryan and I filled out the easy and short application. Bob checked in with us and I proceeded to speak with Eric Francke who was a great help. After a short time Ryan and Bob returned with an offer which we negotiated and I accepted. Meanwhile, Arthur Martel and Carlos Ortega were working behind the scenes to get me a lower interest rate unbeknownst to me. They were able to get me an interest rate half of what I hadThey expected! This allowed me to finance a "wrap around" package which was expertly explained to me. I know this addition made great economic sense to me, but the best part of all to me was that I could get a remote to turn on the car. I signed the financial documents with Arthur and met with Bob and Ryan making arrangements to return for the car. All the employees that I dealt with at the Tufankjian Dealership seemed truly interested in my satisfaction and went above an beyond to help me obtain the car of my dreams. There was no competitiveness among salespeople or high pressure sales tactics and they all worked together smoothly as a team with my happiness as their goal. I am confident that I will be well taken care of by this group of employees during the many years ahead that I intend toown this dream car. I would highly recommend to any potential car buyer to set up an appointment with Bob to meet with the other competent members of the Tufankjian Toyota team to inquire about their inventory. More

A salesman named Sunny Ahuja greeted me, he was knowledgable had a good sense of humor,and there was no pressure. A few days latter I returned to drive a Tacoma we had found. I had researched what I wanted for a vehicle and narrowed it down from 5 to 2 dealerships. Tufankjian won my business because of Manuel Javier. The most non-pressure sales person I have met.
