Ryan was terrific to work with. He provided personalized attention, was very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in (Corolla and Prius). He advocated for my needs to his mangager when one fin attention, was very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in (Corolla and Prius). I am an 82 year old woman and totaled my car on the highway in a freak snowstorm by skidding onto the median strip and into the banking. I had purchased my Matrix from the Tufankjian Dealership and du highway in a freak snowstorm by skidding onto the median strip and into the banking. I had purchased my Matrix from the Tufankjian Dealership and due to my good experience, and good vehicle, went there to shop. I do not like to shop, especially for items such as a car. Still sore from bruises caused by my accident, and dreading the ordeal ahead, I asked my grandson to take me to Tufankjians. As I stepped into the show room, Kenrick Tempro greeted me pleasantly, quietly offered to help with whatever it was I needed and invited me to sit by his desk. He listened to my tale of woe patiently and non-judgmentally, took careful note of my budget requirements and use of my car, searched the lot for possibilities and then without cringing or appearing nervous, offered to ride with me while I test drove several vehicles. I notice body language – I am teased as I am far happier driving than being driven and am known to gasp, press the floor as if braking or grab the door handle. Kenrick out me at ease by doing none of these as he rode with me - an elderly woman who had just totaled a car! His method of helping me evaluate the vehicles, paying attention to the distance, places I drive and the amount of baggage I lug around, as well as gas mileage, was excellent. I work weekends out of state, about 31/2 hours from home, so am on the road a lot. I appreciate the time he spent – the better part of his day – and the concern he showed in order for me to have the best and safest vehicle I could afford. Both Kenrick Tempro and Greg Tufankjian treated me with courtesy and respect, while I was feeling like a careless old lady. They also talked with the insurance company and handled that necessary matter. I will certainly return to this Dealership when I am ready for another vehicle and do not hesitate to recommend it to others. I believe honesty and integrity are basic rules of their salesmanship. More

My visit began with looking for a used vehicle because I thought that's all I could get approved for, so I fell in love with the cheapest vehicle I could find, just because of the price tag! Eventually I was introduced to Mike Hankes who was off the bat super friendly and explained to me how I should get what I want and he would see what he could do. I've never been to a dealership where they were so willing to work with any situation, he immediately sat me down with Ed Simpson and we chatted about more than just purchasing a car, we laughed and I felt comfortable. I told him that I needed a car that would suit my family, I needed it to be safe and reliable and he went to work. I was very impressed with how he helped me with all the logistical things involving my financial and family situation. I was then introduced to Jessica and Arthur, they were both extremly friendly and had a way of treating you like family and it felt more than a car sale, it felt like being in great hands with people you could trust. Jessica especially went above and beyond and even after our car was primed up all nice to drive off the lot, we just wanted to stay and talk! She is one hot ticket! I don't want to forget the receptionist Susan who was also very welcoming and introduced me to just about everyone. It felt like VIP service walking through the door. Amazing experience in such a large life change. My family and I love our Toyota Corolla and has allowed us to make family trips without the worries of gas, car trouble, or any of the concerns when one hits the road. I will recommend toyota of braintree to all my friends and family. Fabolous Job to all the staff! Very impressed and when the time comes for car number two, there is only one place I will be going. More

I have to say, this was the most friendliest outgoing group of people my mom and I dealt with in the few weeks of car shopping. My mother recently needed to get a new car and decided she would like to "lease"; instead of buying. As she is a loyal "camry"person, she wanted to stay local. When we arrivad at the Toyota dealership we were greeted by Kenny T, who was very friendly and knowledgable. Once my mom told him she would prefer a "silver" Corolla LE, Kenny went out of his way to find her one,and actually found one in stock that just came in with only 7 miles. Then we met Kenny's manager, Mark McElroy,who was a delight. Mark went out of his way to make the car budget "fit"for my mom's needs. It was nice to see that a person from the management team was putting the customer's needs first, not the bottom sales dollar, especially in this economy. During the time in the showroom, we crossed paths with Donna LaRosa aka "tumbleweed" who answered additional questions my mom had about the dealership and their customer service dept, policies, etc. Ms. LaRosa had a very positive attitude about the company,standing behind their vehicles, etc. During the final phase of the adventure of car financing, my mom dealt with Arthur Martel and Jessica Reed, aka "fun loving nancy" and "the princess"; who I must say were the happiest two people in the bunch. Arthur and Jessica were very professional in the business dealings aspect, but were very friendly and comical with their quick remarks. Their outgoing personalities helped to relax my mom as she was so worried about all the the "what ifs". Arthur and Jessica even offered to cancel and return her old plates to the registry, so my mom didnt have to make the trip. We would just like to say in closing, that both my mom and I were impressed with the quality of people working at this dealership, and my mom just dealt with five. All five of these individuals were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous of the customer's needs, and we would definately refer the dealership and these individuals to friends and family when they are in the market for a vehicle. Bob was my primary contact. He was very well informed about the Sienna. He did an excellent job reviewing all of the features. I feel I got a fair value for my trade and that the price for the vehicle wa about the Sienna. He did an excellent job reviewing all of the features. My experience with toyota of braintree was a very positive one and more specifically with eduardo. I came on with my old car carrying a very high interest rate of almost 15% unbenounced to me, ( im y positive one and more specifically with eduardo. I came on with my old car carrying a very high interest rate of almost 15% unbenounced to me, ( im young and until this point I didn't get all the numbers and. Paperwork) but regardless I was helped kindly, listened to fully, and dealt with professionally and even learned a few things. I found a great car that was more of a responsible choice for me with the help of eduardo. I felt well taken care of and have had consistant help post purchase. I worked with arthur martel on the financial part and once again received great service. All I can say is I may never be brilliant with all the paperwork but it helps when you are in good hands and you can trust the people you are making deals with. This dealership proves all dealerships are not alike and salesperson and buyer can make an honest deal benefiting both sides without a scam involved (ahem, northend motors in canton,ma:) More
