He has a very good understanding of the product I was buying that day, the 2012 Camry. Purchase negotiation was straightforward and very quick. Trade-in negotiation took a little bit longer and had more back and forth with a few other employees. A buyer who's done their homework could comfortably come to a agreement that both sides are happy with. Later I was introduced and walked over to Accessories Manger Bill who explained some of the accessories I was possibly interested in. I bought none that day but I'll keep some in mind for next winter. Next I met with Finance Manager Arthur to complete my loan and payment for the car. This seemed to be the quickest part of the day. Very straightforward and simple When all was done Sunny took me and my trade-in to their underneath garage where I cleaned out my few remaining items (CDs, phone charger etc...) Sunny then showed my how to connect my cell phone and showed me some of the features of the car. From start to finish it took almost 5 hours, I didn't think it would take this long however it was a rainy Saturday. It seemed to go by quicker than that until I looked down at my watch as I was leaving. I'd rather have not spent more than just a few minutes in the garage after purchase while my car was being prepped, it is a high traffic area with a fair amount of activity. I was introduced to several folks during the day, I can't recall all of their roles but they all were friendly. More

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brian McGrath and the Toyota of Braintree team in purchasing my Scion XD. I don't think this comments box could possibly sum up how impressed I was with my experi and the Toyota of Braintree team in purchasing my Scion XD. Going into buying the car search and going in and out of different dealerships, I wasn't overly excited about the process of deciding on a new car. That is, until I stepped into Toyota of Braintree. I am a huge believer in customer service making or breaking the deal - across the board. Toyota of Braintree has customer service mastered - far beyond my expectations, to be honest. Every employee we encountered was friendly (not pushy or salesy, just genuinely pleasant), informative and very professional. Although we didn't make a decision to buy the car on our first visit, my husband and I both knew immediately that we would be purchasing a car from this dealer. After my first visit, I received a follow-up message from Brian McGrath just thanking me for my time and offering to answer any additional questions. When I came back the following weekend, I was actually greeted initially by another employee, Mike Hankes, who surprisingly knew who I was and which car I was coming to look at! Again, it was a simple thing - but just another sign that they had their act together! After we made our decision to purchase, the entire process went incredibly smoothly. Bill Detellis walked us through our options for accessories (I ended up going with the security alarm/remote car starter package). I appreciated Bill's style because he came across as very honest and knowledgeable. Arthur Martel was wonderful to work with as well - he took care of all of our paperwork on the finance side of things. Although they didn't have the color I wanted in the store, there were able to track it down in less than 2 days. And, since I was having difficulties figuring out how to pick the car up from the dealership logistically, Brian kindly delivered the car directly to my home. I must add one more time that Brian McGrath was fantastic to work with and I will absolutely be recommending him to anyone I know who's in the market for a car. Not only does Brian have tremendous customer service skills, but he's also mastered the art of "selling without selling", which is a tricky combination to find. More

Just bought my car today with Shane and Arthur's help. My father had just bought his brand new car from them as well a week ago. My dad was pleased with his process of buying his new car that I went up that night to check everything out. Both Shane and Arthur worked hard to get me into a car I actually loved and could afford. I was so fortunate to have their help to get into a great car that's safe and reliable. I would recommend this place to anyone and already told Shane I'll be back in a few years for my next car. I was "upside down" on a vehicle that I owned and wasn't having any luck trading it in. On a whim, I stopped in on a Sunday and met Shane Murphy. He told me "A deal could get done," and suggested where I should start. I took his card and left. I still wasn't sure what I wanted to do and the following Wednesday, I went back. Shane remembered me and began the process immediately. After the business manager began running numbers, Shane laid out my options, taking into consideration my needs, wants and concerns. He then showed me my options and when I told him I needed to call the wife, he agreed. When she came up, Shane treated her with respect and didn't pressure her, (which would've led to us walking out. My wife does not put up with pushy salesman.)He let us talk, but kept us informed on what he thought would be the best option for us, without being forceful. After we decided on a car, my wife and I both felt that Shane did his job well, he knew when to interject and he knew when to stay out of the conversation. I am 100% happy with the new car and my experience with both Shane and Arthur Martell. My daughter bought a car from Shane today and she was just as happy! We will be back and we Do recommend the dealer, highly. I had been to another dealer and was offered the same car I bought, but I declined, because I didn't feel as though they had my best interest in mind. More
