I was greeted by Arthur Pace, and I immediately felt comfortable and welcome. We talked about things other than just the car, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy or make any decisions throughout the entire length of my visit. This is the type of person I want to do business with—someone who genuinely cares about you and what you’re looking for. He even gave me carrot cake which was amazing, and the buying experience from beginning to end just felt natural and perfect. The rest of the crew there were great as well, and the team environment they work in really makes you feel like you’ve known everyone there for a while.
