Thorough sales process Had Arturo as sales rep. Showed me all inventory on car I was looking for. Very detail oriented. Treated me like a fellow buyer of the car. Test drove Had Arturo as sales rep. FANTASTIC I went out Monday morning with intention of buying a SUV somewhere on the northern Blvd,( Honda, Subaru, Hyundai)after stopping in at Koppell Ford and I went out Monday morning with intention of buying a SUV somewhere on the northern Blvd,( Honda, Subaru, Hyundai)after stopping in at Koppell Ford and meeting Autoro( my sales consultant) which was my first & last stop a deal was made .. the process was pleasant & stress free, Autoro did a FANTASTIC job and no xx was incurred.. what was discussed is what I got ( NO HAGGLIN around)..
