Poor communication every day my truck was there I have to call to verify if anything was being done they kept it for three days half of the issues were not resolved they claimed did they contacted my warrant call to verify if anything was being done they kept it for three days half of the issues were not resolved they claimed did they contacted my warranty and the work was denied I called my warranty they said the claim was never met made in the past I have took my vehicle there they have done little damage to it so I gave him the benefit of the doubt this last time but the end result was poor I will never take my vehicle back there for service or purchase a vehicle from them More

I will never bring my car back here for anything! I brought my car in for an oil leak on Tuesday 2/23 and it didn’t get fixed until 3/5 and that was at the pressure of my mother stepping in and talking brought my car in for an oil leak on Tuesday 2/23 and it didn’t get fixed until 3/5 and that was at the pressure of my mother stepping in and talking to Manny who had to take over my case after Arturo was no help at all.
