Great Experience -- And we Tried Lots!!! The dealership, and Ash in particular - are hands town terrific. Their pricing is honest, straightforward. They don't waste anytime with games. And The dealership, and Ash in particular - are hands town terrific. Their pricing is honest, straightforward. They don't waste anytime with games. And, their pricing is super competitive -- Ash knew I would go home and do the Internet research to ask for the best price. After looking at a new vehicle, and leaving the dealership to consider pricing -- he sent me an email before I got home with an asking price and off the lot total that was outstanding ... He saved me a ton of angst in negotiation, and uncertainty if I was getting a good deal. His pricing beat the benchmarks out there, and was even better than the "True Car" Price. After looking at what others paid, we were offered an exceptional deal. Price was no longer an issue ... Beyond that, there was no pushiness or waiting games - just honest, straightforward assistance. I visited 5 other dealerships - with a range of brands. We weren't even considering a new car until we walked in to Mazda, and ultimately purchased from them the next day. Great experience -- no need to shop anywhere else if you want a new Mazda. More

Another example of why car dealerships have a stereotype Went to look at a used 2011 Mazda6. The car was nice, but was "marked down" from a price much higher than KBB or NADA. They weren't really interested in negotiating, and had no problems doing the whole going away for long periods of time to make you sweat, bringing in the sales manager. While Ash was friendly, I noticed that he had his hat and coat on BEFORE giving us the final answer on our last offer, so he could jump to the next customer. Furthermore, there were all sorts of fees ($400 for internal paperwork??? Didn't see that at the dealership where I actually purchased my car) and they were only willing to come down $600 in total. The sales people do not have their own desks, mill around waiting to pounce on someone coming through the door, and you just get the feel that this is exactly the type of dealership that makes you cringe when looking to buy a car. On another note, since they also service Hyundai's there, and that is the service center for my Hyundai, I've always felt that they were trying to squeeze every cent out of me each time. I would tell them not to do certain things (like rotate tires a few days after having new ones put on my Santa Fe) which they completely ignored and tried to charge me. They may do a lot of business and supposedly are #1, but I would not recommend them to anyone and will not return either for servicing either one of my Hyundai's or if I were interested in a Mazda in the future. Like most people, I did considerable research online to find the best car for the best price that met our needs. I wanted a car that was reliable, fuel efficient, looked good and was actually fun to drive. find the best car for the best price that met our needs. I wanted a car that was reliable, fuel efficient, looked good and was actually fun to drive. The answer was the Mazda 6 Grand Touring edition, in a smokin' red hot color. I chose Wayne Mazda for the simple reason that they were the closest dealership to my house. I went there armed with data and an e-quote from Diana, their Internet Manager, but was expecting the usually headaches and gamesmanship. I met Ash Choudhury, he was professional, helpful, patient with my many questions and never pressured me. We took a a nice test drive where I was able to get a good sense of how the car handled...wonderfully...Negotiations over price were handled professionally and I got a really good deal on a great car. My wife and I found errors in our paper work after driving off the parking lot. We believe the errors were made intentional upon bringing this issue their attention. This is the worst customer experien driving off the parking lot. We bought our new CX-9 through Wayne Mazda's internet sales department. They gave us an excellent price from the start, without any haggling. When we went into the dealership, they turned us over to a sales department. They gave us an excellent price from the start, without any haggling. When we went into the dealership, they turned us over to a sales person, who just helped us complete the paperwork - no attempt to up-sell or change the price. Ash, our sales person, was very good with follow-up and keeping us informed of when our vehicle would be in. Overall, a very nice experience. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who wants to buy a new Mazda without a lot of sales pressure or haggling. More

Courteous, low-keyed service. Different package options were clearly discussed. Salesman was friendly and very knowledgeable, and made the purchase process very easy. I went in with one of their online advertisements, knowing that the price shown had to include outrageous discounts that no one qualifies for, and asked them to give me the actual price. I spoke with knowing that the price shown had to include outrageous discounts that no one qualifies for, and asked them to give me the actual price. I spoke with Manny and someone he told me was a manager (which I now strongly suspect was a lie) and we worked out figures for me to lease a 2013 Mazda 3 for 24 months. I was 100% honest with them, going so far as to give them my exact credit score (not just "I have bad credit" - an actual, numerical score), let them know that I knew I would need (and had) a co-signer and explained that my trade-in (which I purchased from this dealership in 2009) was in fair condition and according to Kelley Blue Book was worth $3000. Both of them went out to look at my car and came back inside to tell me they agreed that $3000 was a fair price and my lease could be worked out so that my trade-in covered any money I should have had to pay out of pocket. When I came back into the dealership, less than a week later, to actually lease the vehicle Manny pawned me off on Ash, to whom I explained the entire conversation I had had with Manny and the alleged manager. I explained to Ash that my leasing this vehicle was 100% contingent on my trade-in covering the entire cost of anything I would have otherwise had to pay out of pocket ($2,654 according to Manny) and gave him the figures that Manny and I had decided upon. Never once did Manny, the alleged manager, or Ash so much as intimate to me that these figures were not guaranteed (remember, I had already given them my credit score). Ash went to run my credit and when he came back he informed me that he had the "appraiser" look at my car and they decided to only give me $2000 as a trade-in value - AFTER he checked my credit. I now have a hard hit on my credit report, no car to show for the experience, and a terrible taste in my mouth. More

Ash provided immediately provided us with the exact car that we wanted and test drove the car within minutes of arriving in the showroom. He was at all times professional and courteous and we were able to negotiate a reasonable price for the car in a short time. Junior helped us with the financing and was also very courteous and professional. Because of these two gentlemen I would HIGHLY recommend buying your next car from Wayne Mazda. Thanks guys! More

Untrustworthy, not honorable, and not willing to negotiate price - stingy. If they negotiate, it's minimal. They do not honor they're Wayne Mazda Assurance Program because they just won't call you b negotiate price - stingy. If they negotiate, it's minimal. They do not honor they're Wayne Mazda Assurance Program because they just won't call you back if you find a better legitimate offer. If you do your homework on the car you want to buy, they don't want you in their dealership. They're like a casino who kicks people out who are winning money by card counting. They like to deal with people who haven't done their homework. If you're searching for a dealership that is going to work with to get you to the price you can afford, Wayne Mazda is not the place for you. Especially if you're in the military and come in with the USAA guarantee of so much money off the MSRP, they really don't want to work with you. I hope Wayne Mazda will one day treat the people who protect this country with the respect they deserve because as of right now they do just the opposite. I will not recommend this dealership to any of my fellow US Military Academy cadets or fellow Army officers/soldiers. More
