Buying experience with Mr. Ash O. exceeding all expectations I had been to several dealerships before stopping by E-CarOne. Every dealership I went to before this one was typical- meaning they used high pressure I had been to several dealerships before stopping by E-CarOne. Every dealership I went to before this one was typical- meaning they used high pressure techniques, they were intentionally intimidating & somewhat bullying a customer into buying, or talking too fast with unnecessary jargon, and making you wait hours before they come back with any meaningful information. At E-CarOne, I came in with the same expectation, but as soon as I met Mr. Ash I felt respected, listened to, and above all- my time was valued. Of course they are looking to make a sale, but the way he went about it was respectful and patient. He answered all my questions (even the redundant ones), he did not pressure me AT ALL, didn't inquire about money OR down payments, he listened to what I was and was not willing to bring to the table. This was the BEST business transaction, and I walked away knowing where every dime was going, and with the assurance that I HAD made this decision for myself, and had full knowledge of the contract and terms of my purchase. Thank you soo much Ash! More

I usually service my cars at Park Place Mercedes and their "certified pre-owned" stock don't even come close to the beautiful vehicles at E-Car one.
